LMate gift cards hold a dollar value that can be used towards LMate services and lesson packages.

 

Using your gift card

Gift cards have no expiry date. They can be used for all LMate services and lesson packages, including the test-day package. You may use part of the balance and keep the remainder for later bookings. LMate charges no gift card purchase, administration, inactivity, redemption or refund fees.

Cancelling a lesson paid by gift card

The applicable LMate cancellation and rescheduling conditions determine the amount eligible for return. Any eligible amount paid from the gift card is restored to the gift card balance.

 

Changing your mind about a gift card

The original purchaser may request a monetary refund of the remaining unused dollar balance. This applies to unused and partly used gift cards. Under this voluntary change-of-mind offer, the refund is available only to the original purchaser.

 

Complaints and statutory rights

These terms do not exclude or limit Australian Consumer Law rights. The original-purchaser restriction and preference for restored gift balance do not limit statutory remedies, including rights held by a gift recipient.
