Booking and related policies
Your booking details confirm the service, time, duration, price and inclusions. Check them and contact LMate about any error. Read these terms and the applicable linked policies before booking:
These policies cover payments, changes, lateness, refunds, packages, gift cards and personal information. The terms and applicable policies provided when you book apply to that booking.
Safe participation
Present a valid licence or permit and disclose relevant restrictions. Follow lawful safety instructions. LMate may decline or stop instruction if it cannot proceed safely or lawfully. Applicable charges are explained in the Cancellations and Refunds policy. Lessons do not guarantee a test pass.
Bringing your own vehicle
You may bring a manual or automatic vehicle with its owner’s permission. It must be registered, roadworthy and pass the pre-lesson safety inspection. You need prior driving experience; the instructor assesses whether lessons or test assistance can proceed safely without dual controls. You are responsible for the vehicle’s condition, owner permission and checking insurance covers its intended use, including paid instruction and anyone who will drive. Do not assume LMate’s insurance covers your vehicle. You are responsible for damage, loss, third-party claims and related insurance excesses to the extent caused by your negligence, unlawful conduct or failure to meet these vehicle responsibilities. This does not transfer liability caused by LMate’s negligence or breach of its legal obligations. Liability and any shared responsibility remain subject to applicable law.
